This publication of the ZOHAR went unnoticed by the world. But it was a significant turning point for Mankind, as the supernal Light of the Zohar radiated into the world for the first time in history, even saving the world out of the Dark Ages.

1270 AD: THE PUBLICATION OF THE ZOHAR.

ZOHAR = The Root of All Modern Kabbalah Writings

Let's continue our discussion of the "Famine of God's Words." We learned that the "Famine" started with the destruction of the 2nd Temple, and the writing and hiding of the Holy Zohar, the main textbook of Kabbalah. Now we continue.

The PUBLICATION OF THE ZOHAR SIGNALS THE START OF REVELATION OF THE MESSIANIC KABBALAH TO THE MASSES

In the 13th century, A Spanish Kabbalist named Moses De Leon (1240 -1305) found and published the Zohar in the year 1270. The Zohar became the root of all subsequent writings of Kabbalah. One thousand two-hundred years (1,200) years passed before the Zohar finally saw the light of day, just as Rabbi Shimon predicted.

This publication of the Zohar went unnoticed by the world. But it was a significant turning point for Mankind, as the Light of the Zohar radiated into the world for the first time in history. The powerful light of the Zohar saved the world out of the Dark Ages.

Many Christian scholars also believed that the Zohar contained proofs of the truth of Christianity. There were analogies existing between the teachings of the Zohar and Christian dogmas, such as the fall and redemption of man, and the dogma of the Trinity.

The Zohar predicts tremendous scientific progress starting in the year 1840 AD, which is the beginning of the Industrial Revolution. The Zohar claims that the Scientific and Technological progress will prepare the world for the coming of the Messiah. But according to the principles of the Ten Sefirot, the start of the preparation for the kingship of Messiah already began in the year 1740 AD.

16th CENTURY: THE ARIZAL (1534 -1572).

It's a Commandment to Reveal Kabbalah Wisdom

In the 16th century, the expulsion of the Jews from Spain, resulted in an influx of Jewish sages to the Holy City of Safed in Galilee, Israel. Safed became the center from which the Kabbalah was further developed. 

The Master Kabbalist ARIZAL after studying the Zohar, produced an advanced type of Kabbalah, called the LURIANIC KABBALAH. The writings of the Arizal contain all the keys to the celestial vision of Kabbalah as witnessed at Sinai and by all the prophets. 

The Arizal also declared that, "It is a Mitzvah to reveal this wisdom." This means that although until the period of the Arizal, the Kabbalah was known only by a chosen few, the time had come for the secret teachings of the Kabbalah to be taught in the general public.

But in spite of the increasing availability of kabbalistic literature, anyone who wanted to grasp the system required vast scholarship as well as strong resolve. There was no such thing as an introductory primer. Kabbalists at this point in time still made Kabbalah difficult to access by the strict qualifications required of a student. In other words, Kabbalah was prohibited to the public, except for a few selected students. The overall result is that the vast majority of contemporary Jews have little knowledge of their own immensely rich Kabbalah tradition. And the Christians have zero knowledge about this Kabbalah.

1540 AD: KABBALIST ABRAHAM AZULAI.

The Lifting of The Kabbalah Prohibition

The ban against studying Kabbalah was lifted in 1540 AD by the efforts of the 16th century Kabbalist Rabbi Avraham Azulai (1570-1643).

• I have found it written that all that has been decreed Above forbidding open involvement in the Wisdom of Truth [Kabbalah] was [only meant for] the limited time period until the year 5,250 (1490 C.E). From then on after is called the "Last Generation", and what was forbidden is [now] allowed.

• And permission is granted to occupy ourselves in the [study of] Zohar. And from the year 5,300 (1540 C.E.) it is most desirable that the masses both those great and small [in Torah], should occupy themselves [in the study of Kabbalah], as it says in the Raya M'hemna [a section of the Zohar].And because in this merit King Mashiach will come in the future – and not in any other merit – it is not proper to be discouraged [from the study of Kabbalah]." -- Rabbi Avraham Azulai

FROM 1540 AD, THE PROHIBITION AGAINST KABBALAH STUDY WAS OVER!

So from 1540 AD onward, the prohibition against learning Kabbalah was over. Kabbalist Abraham Azulai revealed a historic decree issued by the sages of antiquity:

• "From the year 1540 and onward, the basic levels of Kabbalah must be taught publicly to everyone, young and old. Only through Kabbalah will we forever eliminate war, destruction, and man's inhumanity to his fellow man." -- The Mercy of Abraham

But GOD The Father still enforced His Appointed Time of Delay. Therefore, the Arizal's writings remain encoded and obscured. Nonetheless, Abraham Azulai's historic action officially planted the seed for disseminating Kabbalah to the people. The seed would wait a little bit longer before being allowed to germinate.

18th CENTURY: THE AGE OF REDEMPTION BEGINS

The 18th century saw an explosion of new efforts in the writing and spread of Kabbalah by well-known rabbis working in different areas of Europe:

The Baal Shem Tov (1698-1760)

Master Kabbalist, Baal Shem Tov reinforced the directive to publicize this knowledge as a prelude to the return (2nd coming) of Christ, the Age of Redemption. This is the era when the Earth will be filled with the knowledge of God as the water covers the sea (Isaiah 11:9). He spread teachings based on the Arizal foundations, simplifying the Kabbalah for the common man. He also founded Chassidism => The movement stressing the practical application of Kabbalah principles to daily life.

Rebbe Nachman of Breslov (1772 - 1810)

As the great-grandson of the Baal Shem Tov, Rebbe Nachman revitalized and further expanded the latter's teachings. Rebbe Nachman emphasized study of both Kabbalah and serious Torah scholarship to his disciples. He rejected the idea of hereditary Hasidic dynasties and taught that each Hasid must "search for the tzaddik ('saintly/righteous person')" for himself—and within himself.

Rabbi Elijah of Vilna (Vilna Gaon) (1720-1797)

• "He that is able to understand secrets of the Torah and does not try to understand them will be judged harshly, may God have mercy". (The Vilna Gaon, Even Shlema, 8:24).

• "The Redemption will only come about through learning Torah, and the essence of the Redemption depends upon learning Kabbalah" (The Vilna Gaon, Even Shlema, 11:3).

Rabbi Moshe Chaim Luzzatto (1707-1746)

A Talmudic scholar who concluded that there was a need for the public teaching and study of Kabbalah. He established a yeshiva for Kabbalah study and actively recruited outstanding students. Some of his most important works such as Derekh Hashem survive and are used as a gateway to the world of Kabbalah.

KABBALAH IN THE MODERN MESSIANIC ERA

One of the most influential sources spreading Kabbalistic teachings have come from the massive growth and spread of Chassidism, a movement begun by the Baal Shem Tov, and continued in many branches and streams until today. These groups all emphasize the study of mystical Chasidic texts, which now consists of a vast literature devoted to elaborating upon the long chain of Kabbalistic thought and methodology.

Then there is the Chabad-Lubavitch movement which emphasizes in-depth kabbalistic study. Rabbi Shmuel Schneersohn of Lubavitch urged the study of Kabbalah as prerequisite for one's humanity:

• "A person who is capable of comprehending the Seder hishtalshelus (kabbalistic secrets concerning the higher spiritual spheres) - and fails to do so - cannot be considered a human being. At every moment and time one must know where his soul stands. It is a mitzvah (commandment) and an obligation to know the seder hishtalshelus" -- Rabbi Shmuel Schneersohn

Rabbi Abraham Isaac Kook (1864-1935), a Chief Rabbi of Israel, also stress Kabbalistic themes in his writings:

• "Due to the alienation from the "secret of God" [i.e. Kabbalah], the higher qualities of the depths of Godly life are reduced to trivia that do not penetrate the depth of the soul. When this happens, the most mighty force is missing from the soul of nation and individual, and Exile finds favor essentially...

• We should not negate any conception based on rectitude and awe of Heaven of any form - only the aspect of such an approach that desires to negate the mysteries and their great influence on the spirit of the nation. This is a tragedy that we must combat with counsel and understanding, with holiness and courage."-- Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook Orot 2

20th Century: RABBI YEHUDA ASHLAG (1884-1954).

Kabbalah Teachings Simplified For the Masses

Kabbalistic texts composed prior to Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag whether the Bible, the Zohar, and others are practically hard to understand for a beginner. This is because they are mostly written in a way that only other Kabbalists can understand. These Kabbalists of the past studied and taught Kabbalah in a concealed manner. 

Therefore, Ashlag, a great follower of the Arizal, developed an easy method to the study of Kabbalah, and wrote books intended specifically for our times. His goal was to make the study of Kabbalah understandable and accessible to every human being with the desire to know the meaning of life. This means that for the first time in history, he presented Kabbalah in an easy way that will reveal and clarify Kabbalah teachings to the masses.

WHY DID RABBI ASHLAG SIMPLIFIED KABBALAH FOR THE MASSES?

This was because Ashlag saw that the Evil Inclination in people (Yetzer Hara, human egoism, selfishness) would rise to an altogether new height in this End-Time era. This causes people to suffer internally (fears, worries, offenses, uncertainties, etc.) as their lives seem meaningless and confused. 2000 AD: SPIRITUAL TRANSFORMATION BEGINS. The End of the "Famine of God's Words." The Beginning of "NO MORE DELAY."

Kabbalist Azulai also wrote that in the year 2000 A.D. (Hebrew 5760): "a significant spiritual transformation will begin to take hold beginning with the Hebrew calendar year of 5760."

Thus, Kabbalist Azulai sensed that something new is to happen beginning in the year 2000 A.D. What is that "significant spiritual transformation" that begun in the year 2000?

Now, this Time of Delay is at an end. Subsequent to this, according to God The Father's judgment, there must be no more delay in Christ's return (Rev. 10:6). The Time of Delay lasted about 2,000 years, starting from the destruction of the 2nd Temple (70 AD) to the year 2,000 AD.

• ... THERE WILL NO LONGER BE DELAY... (Rev 10:6 Hebrew Names Version)

This beginning of the time of "no more delay," ended the concealment of the Messianic Kabbalah mystery to the masses. This signals the beginning of the revelation of His secret Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom to the general public. 

• ... The [concealment of the] Mystery of God should be [ended] finished, as He has declared to His servants the Prophets. (Rev 10:7)

21st CENTURY (2002 - Present): The REVELATION OF CHRIST AS THE MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM AND THE FILIPINO "MAN TO EXECUTE GOD'S COUNSEL FROM THE FAR EAST" (Isaiah 46:11)

From the above history of Jewish Kabbalah, Jesus Christ was never mentioned or included. This is to be expected because, generally speaking, the Jewish Kabbalists do not believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah, and they despise the New Testament. Therefore, the traditional Jewish Kabbalah lacks the new and more sublime Kabbalistic Truths and revelations from CHRIST Jesus and His Apostles. Although, the Jews has their own Jewish Kabbalah, the Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom was not revealed to them.

Without the Kabbalah Wisdom of the Messiah, the genuine Jewish Kabbalah is incomplete and dangerous; Satan and Demons can use it to deceive and destroy People, Churches, Religions, and Nations. But, in Messianic Kabbalah, Satan and Demons run away from it because of the presence of the Holy King Messiah (Christ). 

Nevertheless, God's Messianic Kabbalah is connected to Jewish Kabbalah. The main difference between Messianic Kabbalah and Jewish Kabbalah is the LORD CHRIST JESUS, who is the Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom in Person!

And as prophesied in Isaiah 46:11, the "MAN FROM THE FAR EAST" was also revealed with the lifting of the prohibition to study the Holy Zohar in public! This God-Chosen Man was revealed to be a Filipino!

God, then, gave Mr. LOPE COLUMNA His Counsel, which is the supernal Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom. God, then inspired Mr. Columna to call this kind of Kabbalah as the "Messianic Kabbalah" to differentiate it from the unholy Kabbalah and its impure branches that the world has known.
