The Zohar reveals that in Genesis 1:26, there is a secret (SOD) that lies in the phrase: "God said, Let Us make Man."  

• God said, LET US MAKE MAN IN OUR IMAGE, AFTER OUR LIKENESS. And LET THEM HAVE DOMINION...  (Gen 1:26 MKJV)

• And God created man in HIS IMAGE; in the image of God He created him. He created them Male and Female.  (Gen 1:27 MKJV) 

This SECRET (SOD) is the Wisdom of Messianic Kabbalah, as described in Psalms 25:14. 

• The SECRET (SOD = Messianic Kabbalah) of The LORD is with them that Fear Him; and He will shew them His Covenant. (Psalms 25:14 KJV) 

Genesis 1:26 also shows the proper sequence on how each one of us can achieve our individual mission in Life => The Divine Purpose of Man; and what determines our individual rank or position of authority in the coming Kingdom of God. 

1. First, you and I must acquire God's Image & Likeness, which is God's Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom &  Understanding. 

2. Depending on the degree you and I are successful in acquiring these Divine Image and Likeness, God The Father will give you and me the proportionate Dominion and Authority to rule and manage all the created worlds and realities and all their living inhabitants.

THE SECRET MEANING OF THE IMAGE AND LIKENESS OF GOD, NOW REVEALED!

Thus, the secret meanings of IMAGE and LIKENESS of  GOD as explained by the Zohar, are as follows: 

• God's IMAGE alludes to WISDOM, which is Chochmah in Hebrew. Wisdom is the Male aspect of God, which is also called the ABBA or FATHER. 

• God's LIKENESS alludes to UNDERSTANDING, which is Binah in Hebrew. Understanding is the Female aspect of God, which is also called the IMMA or MOTHER.

SUPERNAL MESSIANIC JEWISHNESS: THE TRUE RELIGION OF CHRIST => THE IMAGE & LIKENESS OF THE CREATOR GOD

The First ADAM is the First JEW because he was made after the Image and Likeness of God Himself, who is a Jewish God. God's IMAGE & LIKENESS are the MALE &  FEMALE aspects of GOD’S Righteousness, which is the supernal MESSIANIC JEWISHNESS => The True Religion of Jesus Christ! 

A related characteristic of a Jewish Christian is that he/she has a wide grasp and understanding of God’s created reality; because the Great Creator God used His IMAGE (WISDOM) and LIKENESS (UNDERSTANDING) in the creation and establishment of the Earth and the Heavens (Proverbs 3:19).  

• The LORD BY WISDOM hath founded the EARTH; BY UNDERSTANDING hath he established the HEAVENS. (Pro 3:19 KJV) 

After acquiring these Godly characteristics of the MESSIANIC KABBALAH WISDOM & UNDERSTANDING, Man was blessed. And only after these Messianic Kabbalah acquisition was Man given by the Creator GOD the legal DOMINION AND AUTHORITY over the entire Creation (Physical and Spiritual, Visible and Invisible). 

THE WISDOM OF MESSIANIC KABBALAH MAKES US AWARE OF OUR COSMIC SPIRITUAL WORTH. AND IT IS THE POWER TO ACCOMPLISH OUR LIFE'S MISSION! 

Thus, God's Messianic Kabbalah gives Man the Power and Wisdom to accomplish his life's mission and purpose. The IMAGE & LIKENESS that the Creator God spoke in Genesis 1:26 are the Messianic Kabbalah WISDOM &  UNDERSTANDING. 

The Wisdom of Messianic Kabbalah makes us aware of the sense of responsibility within us to care for the Environment, the World, our Neighbors, and the entire Cosmos. 

We also gain recognition of our own spiritual worth. This is very important, because a lack of spiritual self-worth is our greatest hindrance in achieving lasting fulfillment and meaningful purpose in life. Everyone, therefore, must recognize the eminence and holiness of Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom. 

Without Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom and Understanding, we cannot connect to the Light or Life Energy of God the Father. Then, we fail to recognize the true spiritual essence and purpose of our lives here on Earth. In this situation, we neglect all spiritual truths, including the laws of cause and effect. And we become carnal and blind to the dire consequences of our intolerant and self-indulgent behavior. 

JESUS CHRIST IS THE ULTIMATE MODEL AND GOAL OF GOD'S IMAGE

Each one of us must strive to transform ourselves to be in the spiritual stature or IMAGE of The Lord Jesus Christ, which is based on the Upper Ten Sefirot -- the Tree of Life. This upper Ten Sefirot is the Source and Foundation of the Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom (Romans 8:29, Ephesians 2:10, 4:13, Isaiah 11:2). 

• For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to BE CONFORMED TO THE IMAGE OF HIS SON, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.  (Rom 8:29 KJV)

• For WE ARE HIS WORKMANSHIP, CREATED IN CHRIST JESUS unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.  (Eph 2:10 KJV)

• Till we all come in the unity of the Faith, and of the Knowledge of the Son of God, unto a Perfect Man, unto the measure of the Stature of the Fulness of Christ:  (Eph 4:13 KJV) 

Christ -- now the King Messiah, is destined to rule the Earth and the whole Universe. Each one of those who qualified to rule with Christ in the coming 7th Millennium will be given rulership and authority in proportion to the degree of the Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom & Understanding they acquired (Revelation 20:6). 

In other words, the official rank and position you will be given in the Kingdom or Government of God will be proportionate to the degree of Messianic Kabbalah Wisdom you learned in this Life, which is equivalent to the stature you acquired in relation to the FULLNESS OF THE STATURE OF CHRIST (Ephesians 3:19, 4:13).
